£ 145 the price includes:

Initial assessment of your migraine, including in-depth examination and measurement of the optimal site for piercing
The piercing - including 100% titanium jewellery, which can be either a bar or ring. A wide range of jewellery upgrades start at £20
Generally we only recommend piercing one side at a time so that a first piercing can have time to heal. Most people will only need one piercing but some people will need a second one. The cost at a later appointment is £95, but this is reduced to £55 when done on the same day
Aftercare includes unlimited email support for 6 months. If you have any problems that require a visit to the clinic then there is no charge for one follow-up consultation in clinic in this period
Gold and other precious metal jewellery is also available for an extra fee
If you find your migraines have not responded as fully as you hoped, then Dr Blatchley will be happy to see you for a consultation in person to discuss the many other treatments available. Details of his charges can be found at the London Migraine Clinic website
